The fourth series has been available since 2014.

FLOOR AND BODYWORK LINERS FOR THE 2014 TRANSIT
Like all vans, the Transit is delivered without the protection needed to stop cargo damaging its bodywork. And while it doesn’t take much to damage a van’s body panels, it can take a lot of money to repair them. Vans with bodywork in poor condition lose their resale values quickly too. To solve these problems, the Syncro Group offers a wide range of floor and bodywork liners for the Transit, along with bulkhead liners, wheel arch liners and window grilles.
DRAWERS AND SHELVES FOR A FORD TRANSIT MOBILE WORKSHOP
Here’s a good example of a mobile workshop in a 2014 model year Ford Transit.
The floor liner and bulkhead liner are in 12 mm thick birch plywood with a marble-look resin coating, while the bodywork liners are in honeycomb plastic. The left side wheel arch is protected by a liner in steel and plywood. The racking on the left of the van only covers part of the wall. It consists of a floor-level case transport compartment, two plain shelves, two shelves with non-slip mats and space dividers and, at the top, a cabinet of removable, tilting, transparent containers made from the extremely tough plastic used for aircraft windows. Being completely transparent, these containers let you see instantly what’s inside.
The configuration on the right comprises a floor-level compartment partly enclosed by a low bottom panel, four pull-out trays with removable steel component cases (another Syncro System favourite), four robust steel drawers with ball-bearing runners, two large shelves with space dividers and two more cabinets of tilting transparent containers.
This mobile workshop is made even more efficient by useful accessories: a bar with movable hooks, another bar with a cargo lashing strap, two spray can racks, a multi-purpose metal pocket, and LED ceiling lights. The inside edges of both racking configurations have been fitted with sections of milled rail to hold a cargo bar.
A TRANSIT WITH RACKING ON THE LEFT ONLY
The owner of this Transit decided to fit a 12 mm thick, marble-look plywood floor liner and racking only on the left wall of the van.
Proceeding from the bottom up, this configuration consists of a floor-level compartment with a lift-and-rotate door, a second floor-level compartment with a shuttle-type case compartment, three pull-out trays on ball-bearing runners containing six removable steel component cases and six shelves with space dividers, four of which are partly enclosed by lift-and-rotate doors.
There is also a shelf with four removable polypropylene containers and a full-length top tray with a fold-down door at the rear for long objects. The system is completed by a number of useful accessories: a paper roll holder, a first aid case, a fold-down work table, a rail with movable and adjustable steel hooks, a milled rail with cargo retaining rings on the bulkhead, and three sections of milled rail on the front of the racking itself.
SHELVES, DRAWERS, A VICE BENCH AND INTERIOR LINERS IN A 2014 TRANSIT
The cargo compartment of this Transit is protected by a floor liner and bulkhead liner in 12 mm thick marble-look plywood, while the walls and doors are protected by prepainted steel panels. The racking on the left stands on one floor-level compartment with a lift-and-rotate door and a second compartment with a case shuttle. Above these are three steel drawers with ball-bearing runners, a tray with two removable steel cases, eight shelves and a full-length top tray for long objects.
The racking on the right of the van is made up entirely of removable, tilting containers in transparent PMMA plastic. This solution is both compact and extremely practical thanks to the transparency and strength of the containers. The racking system is complemented by a fold-away vice bench with a 125 mm steel vice, a silicone cartridge rack, a slider rail with universal clamps, a paper roll holder, LED ceiling lights and a roof rack.
ROOF BARS, ROOF RACKS AND LADDER RACKS FOR THE 2014 TRANSIT
Though larger Transits have really spacious cargo compartments, even these are not always large enough. Fortunately, customers who need to carry equipment on the roof of their vans can rely on Syncro System’s extensive range of roof racks and ladder racks. Syncro roof racks can also be transferred easily from one van to another, even between different models.
LOADING RAMPS FOR THE FORD TRANSIT
To let you load garden tractors, floor scrubber-dryers, pallets, motorcycles, etc. into your Transit, Syncro System offers a wide range of loading ramps with capacities from 200 to 1,800 kg, made from aluminium only or steel and aluminium. The Transit seen in these photos is equipped with a robust ramp with a load capacity of 1,800 kg. This type of ramp takes up very little space when not in use and can be swung outwards to provide easy access to the back of the van without having to extend it fully.
